My Second Child is a Frozen Egg Baby
 
At the age of 30, I gave myself a birthday gift by freezing 24 eggs. Just two months after freezing the eggs, I unexpectedly became pregnant! Yes, it was truly unexpected! I gave birth to an incredibly adorable daughter.
 
As my daughter grew up, I always wanted to give her a sibling, but good news was elusive. Last year, I decided to thaw 12 eggs, fertilized them, and implanted a beautiful AA-grade embryo. This year, I successfully gave birth to a lovely second child.
 
My eldest daughter was a birthday gift from the heavens, while my youngest son is a birthday gift I gave myself. The most beautiful surprise at 35 was hidden in the birthday gift I gave to myself at 30 - the decision to freeze my eggs.
